Today, our focus is catering.
We serve sports teams, inflight & VIP clients, corporate events.
festivals, and private functions—designing menus that meet
the needs of the client, the crowd, and the moment.
While we’re known for our Southern specialties, we are caterers first.
That means we build menus around what our clients need — scale,
timing, dietary requirements, and execution — while always
bringing our signature Southern flair, flavor, and hospitality to the table.
Our recent work as the exclusive league caterer for a professional baseball organization in the UAE reinforced what we do best: feeding people well, at scale, under pressure — without losing the soul of the food.
OJ & Glen’s is named after my cousins — two brothers from the
9th Ward of New Orleans — and their joy, grit, and laughter are
still the heartbeat of this brand.
After more than 25 years of global catering experience through
WithStyle Inflifght Catering — serving Heads of State, corporate
leaders, private aviation clients, and high-profile events — I came
to Dubai ready to focus fully on catering, community, and connection.
