9th Ward of New Orleans, raised by my Aunt Gladys and

her too-cool-for-school husband, Kenny.

This brand is built on their spirit, their laughter, and the

love we shared.

Now, personally after 25+ years of inflight catering around the globe for Heads of State, celebrities, and high-net-worth folks,

through WithStyle Catering, I’m here in Dubai to

cook what I love — what my sons loved — and what so

many of their friends who found their way to my

door loved too.

I AM NOT A CHEF
I don’t have a culinary degree —I’ve got something stronger.
And if I’m being 100% honest —
I personally know at least twenty 80-year-old

Louisiana Grandmas who could outcook you, your culinary instructor, and any Michelin chef on the Palm… and

THREE of ‘em blind! 😅

Our family line begins in Bunkie, Louisiana

(smack-dab in the heart of "Da Boot"),
raised by the GREAT Arthur and Ella Mae Washington,

my grandparents,
who taught me that service is of God,
and when you do it with love,
you make God and people smile.

I didn’t come here to take —
I came to become part of this beautiful community.

While we know pork is a big part of Southern food culture, we also know

where we are—and we honor that. The land we’re on, the kitchen we

lease, and everything we serve is 100% pork-free and always will be.
Why? Because we want everyone to enjoy what we have to offer.
